         When you go to a grocery store you are going to see a lot of variation of organic and nonorganic food. Some people buy   organic food because, they let them grow their products very natural and it is healthier for the persons who consumed it. However, there are other people that think the organic and non-organic food is the same; both types of food are growing the same. And that difference is the non-organic food is cheaper. What do you think is better to consume?
          Organic foods have chemicals too. Farmers are allowed to use pesticides and organic fertilizers. But they said the this pesticides is not harmful  . At the same time, organic foods have more vitamins and minerals and the flavors of theses organic products are better.
              Non-organic food is more popular food than organic; because they have more farmers. Conventional foods are cheaper because they use pesticides, so bugs cannot eat their products and the products will not decrease. Moreover, the use of pesticides can be good for the sellers; it can be bad for the consumers. Because, using pesticides can leave residues and insect can be develop.
           At the end, both organic and non-organic food have similar growing , non-organic food is cheaper but it have more chemicals that are bad for our health . Otherwise, it is not proven that organic food pesticides are harmful; organic food will be better for us.
        I think that is better to eat organic food, because is more natural . It is more expensive because is a good product to consume. Some people don’t believe this but, everyone can choose what they think is better for them.

            There it is a lot of bad habits the can damages our body .The most common type of meal that generates more problems is fast food . The most common fast food there it is MacDonald , burger king , and chick-fluid . A lot of people consume this types of food because it is faster and tastes good. This types of food brings bad consequence like bad health condition and people become obese. It’s very important to know and to care what are we eating and to have knowledge of what it is a healthy food.







            Nutrition is the key to good health, to feel and look young, to have energy, and to know how control our weight naturally and safely. Daily, we must feed three trillion cells that make up our body. The proper functioning of the human body depends on the integrity of our cells; this is achieved through healthy nutrition.  For example we can eat fruits like watermelon and pineapple the has vitamins C,A,B,B2,B1 , contain potassium, iron , this fruit helps bones, teeth cholesterol , and it helps obesity problems. Green vegetables are an important source of nutrients for health too, it  have vitamins, minerals and fiber. The green color of these foods because they contain chlorophyll and are proven to aid in the prevention of cancer, and contribute to the proper functioning of the heart and other body systems.


      When someone is obese, their body react with negatives effects on their hearts, joints and muscles. Obese people can have excess body fat and high cholesterol, and obesity can cause hearts attacks and strokes. Obesity is an excessive amount of body fat, which means health risk. It is the product of a positive caloric balance either by a high energy intake or reduced energy expenditure.
Obesity affects people of all ages, presenting a high prevalence in Chile, adults estimated at 13% for men and 22.7 % for women. Its frequency increases with age to about 60 years in both sexes and is consistently higher in women at all ages, especially those of lower socioeconomic status. It was also associated with a higher prevalence of chronic disease conditions such as hypertension, diabetes mellitus, cholelithiasis, dyslipidemia, coronary heart disease, cancer, respiratory, psychiatric, musculoskeletal diseases and many other chronic diseases, which limit life expectancy, with higher cost of health for the population, which represents a serious problem for global public health.



             Furthermore, eatinghealthy food can let us keep going with our daily work every day without problems, and with a lot of energy. In addition, it’s very important to consume Foods low in calories and carbohydrates like, white meats are chicken and turkey. Fish and shellfish contain about 35 calories per ounce (28 g). Lean cuts of beef and pork, visible fat, contain about 55 calories per ounce (28 g). Lean meats should represent the majority of protein intake two or three servings a day.


        For this reason , we  need to learn what to eat. Having a good health  we can develop  our nourish ,cells and therefore our bodies, and maintaining a balance between carbohydrates, proteins and vitamins. Otherwise anyone who does not have good nutrition cannot study, work, or due sports. At one point poor diet is responsible for the failure of any organ causing serious diseases, such as anemia that later becomes cancer. For all these reasons and more healthy food is necessary for everyone.

Some ways to prepare Ceviche


 



     The most traditional dish of the diverse and delicious Peruvian cuisine is ceviche. There are many ways to prepare it, but the most simplest and traditional way to do it is fish ceviche. Although in several countries like, Brazil, Panama, Uruguay, Mexico, Colombia, Costa Rica, and other many countries they eat ceviche, the ingredients are very different.

      Preparing a Peruvian ceviche is faster than the Mexican ceviche. To begin prepared a Peruvian ceviche; we need to cut the onion very thin. Next, we extract the juice from squeezing lemons, and keep the juice in a bowl. Then cut the croaker fish into squares. Now, we start cutting the chili peppers in half or into slices. Later on, we place the fish in a bowl with salt, pepper, and hot chili peppers. Then we stir everything and leave it for three minutes until the fish is imbued with the flavors. Afterward, we take the lemon juice and the onions and we put them over the fish and mix it. We wait five to seven minutes until the fish is ready. Finally, we added slices of sweet potato, cooked corn and lettuce leaves.

    Mexican and Peruvian ceviche are prepared with fish and have the same name,but it is prepared differently. To begin prepared a Mexican ceviche we need cut the mere fish into cubes. Next, we put the fish in a container with lemon juice, water, and salt. We stir from time to time and let the fish cook inside the refrigerator. Wait until the fish changes colors from clear to white. Then, in a large bowl, we mix tomatoes, onion, cilantro, green jalapeno, oregano, lemon juice, salt, and olive oil.  We stir and add the fish already cooked. Finally when everything is ready they serve with crackers, ketchup, and avocado.

       Even though, the ceviche has similar ingredients in both countries, it is eaten and cooks very differently. But at the end, we enjoy eating the ceviche. This plate is one of my favorite foods. We always eat on summer and winter. Of course every country says that they have the best ceviche, but in my opinion Peruvian ceviche is the best.
