There
it is a lot of bad habits the can damages our body .The most common type of
meal that generates more problems is fast food . The most common fast food
there it is MacDonald , burger king , and chick-fluid . A lot of people consume
this types of food because it is faster and tastes good. This types of food brings
bad consequence like bad health condition and people become obese. It’s very
important to know and to care what are we eating and to have knowledge of what
it is a healthy food.
Nutrition
is the key to good health, to feel and look young, to have energy, and
to know how control our weight
naturally and safely. Daily, we must feed three trillion cells that make up our body. The proper
functioning of the human body depends on the integrity of our cells; this is
achieved through healthy nutrition. For
example we can eat fruits like watermelon and pineapple the has vitamins
C,A,B,B2,B1 , contain potassium, iron , this fruit helps bones, teeth cholesterol
, and it helps obesity problems. Green vegetables are an important source of nutrients
for health too, it have vitamins,
minerals and fiber. The green color of these foods because they contain chlorophyll
and are proven to aid in the prevention of cancer, and contribute to the proper
functioning of the heart and other body systems.
When
someone is obese, their body react with negatives effects on their hearts,
joints and muscles. Obese people can have excess body fat and high cholesterol,
and obesity can cause hearts attacks and strokes. Obesity is an excessive amount of body fat, which
means health risk. It is the product of a positive caloric balance either by a
high energy intake or reduced energy expenditure.
Obesity affects people of all ages, presenting a high prevalence in Chile, adults estimated at 13% for men and 22.7 % for women. Its frequency increases with age to about 60 years in both sexes and is consistently higher in women at all ages, especially those of lower socioeconomic status. It was also associated with a higher prevalence of chronic disease conditions such as hypertension, diabetes mellitus, cholelithiasis, dyslipidemia, coronary heart disease, cancer, respiratory, psychiatric, musculoskeletal diseases and many other chronic diseases, which limit life expectancy, with higher cost of health for the population, which represents a serious problem for global public health.

For this reason , we need to learn what to eat. Having a good health we can develop our nourish ,cells and therefore our bodies, and maintaining a balance between carbohydrates, proteins and vitamins. Otherwise anyone who does not have good nutrition cannot study, work, or due sports. At one point poor diet is responsible for the failure of any organ causing serious diseases, such as anemia that later becomes cancer. For all these reasons and more healthy food is necessary for everyone.
